"File Transfer" is my default USB co figuration. Tried multiple USBs. OnePlus 6t. Skoda Octavia 2018. After that you open Autolink and it is suposed to connect automatically. It seems firsr the connection is via Bluetooth then the Head unit is starting his own WIFI Hot spot and your phone is then connecting automatically to the Wifi network. Maybe there are some pop ups on your phone for premissions but I do not remember.
