Thereare 3 spots where you set up your input device: 1. win device manager, 2. Ghub, 3. CM or AC vanilla. All those should have the same settings, especially wheel rotation. Also check Steam: rightclick on game in library, properties, controller. At "override for AC" choose "disable steam input".
